- How you would like us to contact you.
- Only the personal information needed to understand the matter.
How we handle it
Every message is read and treated with respect. We will not treat anyone unfavourably for raising a concern in good faith.
Confidentiality
Information you share is seen only by those who need it to address the matter. Safeguarding concerns are handled under our Safeguarding Policy.
Formal procedure
A formal complaints procedure, including timelines, is to be approved by the organization and will be published here once adopted.
